Terms of Use

By registering for the Shopwidget service, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use").

Any new features or tools added to the existing Service are also subject to these Terms of Use. You can review the latest version of the Terms of Use at any time here. Shopwidget reserves the right to update and modify the Terms of Use by posting changes on the website.

It is recommended to periodically review the Terms of Use for any changes that may affect you.

You must read, accept, and agree to all terms and conditions contained or explicitly referenced in these Terms of Use, including the Shopwidget Privacy Policy.

Account Terms

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Shopwidget service.
• The user is fully responsible for conducting their business and sales through the web store in compliance with applicable laws and regulations of the country in which they operate, including the obligation to register as a legal entity or entrepreneur and to issue invoices if required by law. The service provider does not verify or guarantee the legality of the user's business and is not responsible for any consequences of non-compliance.
• You must provide your full legal name, current address, valid email address, and any other information required to complete the registration process.
• You are responsible for the security of your password. Shopwidget cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to protect your account and password.
• You may not use the Shopwidget service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor violate the laws of your country (including, but not limited to, copyright laws). You are responsible for all activities and content (data, graphics, photos, links) uploaded through your Shopwidget account.
• You may not transmit viruses or any destructive code.
• Violation of any Account Terms, at Shopwidget's sole discretion, may result in immediate termination of your services.
• If you use PayPal for payments, you must comply with their Acceptable Use Policy.
• If you use third-party app integrations, you must comply with their terms of use.

General Terms

• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service for any reason, at any time, without notice.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.
• Use of the Service is at your own risk. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without any express or implied warranties.
• You understand that your content (except credit card data) may be transmitted unencrypted and include transmission over various networks and adaptation to technical requirements. Credit card data is always encrypted during transmission.
• We may, but are not obligated to, remove content or accounts we consider illegal, offensive, threatening, defamatory, pornographic, obscene, or otherwise unacceptable, or that violate intellectual property rights or these Terms of Use.
• Any legal issues arising from the use of Shopwidget are your sole responsibility as a user.
• Shopwidget does not guarantee that the quality of products, services, or information purchased through the Service will meet your expectations, or that errors will be corrected.
• You explicitly accept that Shopwidget will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, including loss of profit, data, or reputation, arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
• You may not reproduce, copy, sell, or exploit any part of the Service without explicit written permission from Shopwidget.
• We do not claim intellectual property rights over material you provide — all content remains yours.
• Uploading product images and descriptions means you allow other internet users to view them, as well as Shopwidget to display, store, and review them.
• Failure by Shopwidget to exercise any right does not constitute a waiver of that right. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Shopwidget.
• You may not remove or hide Shopwidget branding without an active subscription to the appropriate plan.

Shopwidget Rights

• Shopwidget reserves the right to refuse or remove any content and to immediately terminate accounts in cases of verbal or written abuse towards users or employees.

Fees

• We reserve the right to modify pricing with at least 14 days' notice.
• You are responsible for all fees and taxes.
• Shopwidget does not provide refunds.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is used at your own risk. Shopwidget does not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of the Service, nor the accuracy or reliability of results.

Disclaimers and Entire Agreement

These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and Shopwidget and supersede all prior agreements.

Shopwidget Trademarks

"SHOPWIDGET" is a registered trademark of DDBusiness d.o.o. Other product and company names belong to their respective owners.

You may not use Shopwidget trademarks without explicit written permission.

Intellectual Property and User Content

You retain ownership of your content but allow others to view it. Deleting your account permanently removes all content.

Cancellation and Termination

You can cancel your account at any time via the dashboard or email. Shopwidget may suspend or terminate accounts in case of suspected fraud.

Data Security

You are responsible for data security and compliance with applicable laws, including PCI-DSS and PA-DSS standards.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, and the courts of the Republic of Serbia have exclusive jurisdiction.

Illegal Content

You agree that your content will not violate laws or third-party rights and that you will indemnify Shopwidget against any claims.
